Unsere neue, naturbelassene Lot vom Kayon-Mountain ist samtig und raffiniert. Noten von reifen Erdbeeren, Aprikosen und getrockneten Mangos erfüllen die Tasse. Auf blumige Akzente von Jasmin und Geißblatt folgt die anhaltende Süße von Vanille. Köstlich auf Eis oder mit Milch serviert.

Das war wirklich ein interessanter Sommerkaffee mit Noten von Beeren und Blumen. Auf der Verpackung steht zwar „Himbeere“, aber er entfaltet sich jedes Mal anders – ich kann ihn nur empfehlen.

Bei dem omniroast hätte ich ein Rezept als Hilfe sehr gefeiert. War für Filterkaffee echt nicht so einfach ein gutes Rezept zu finden.

Very good !

Coffee is very aromatic and delicious, with a light, pleasant acidity that shines in the V60. The cup is clean and bright, with delicate fruit and floral notes. I enjoy using these beans for espresso .But for filter (V60) they are especially expressive and refreshing.

A Delightful Apricot Note

With a V60 pour-over, I picked up distinct notes of apricot. It brought a smile to my face. I can wholeheartedly recommend this coffee.

Great Coffee, very versatile. Makes a perfect cold brew with subtle notes of ice tea and a nice fresh fruitiness. Can also produce a very sweet and cup with a V60.

Basically perfect, I was quite surprised that the ice tea notes were so prominent. Very fruity and balanced cold brew on the hario cold dripper.
