B2B CUSTOMER SUPPORT & ORDER OPERATIONS (m|f|d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Help process daily orders from our wholesale customers. Organise national and international shipments with DHL, UPS and other delivery partners. Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork when needed. Communicate with customers about orders, deliveries and coffee availability. Work with our roasting, packing and dispatch teams to make sure orders are ready on time. Track shipments and help solve delivery issues. Support the finance team with payment reminders and invoice follow-ups. Keep customer and order information up to date in our systems. Help us improve our daily processes and customer service.

YOUR PROFILE

You are currently a student and looking for a part-time job. You are organised, reliable and pay attention to details. You communicate confidently and politely by email and phone. You speak English and German well. You enjoy working in a team and are happy to learn new things. You can manage different tasks and stay calm when things get busy. You are comfortable using computers and learning new software.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

Previous experience in customer service, order processing or shipping & Experience with Shopify, ERP systems or shipping documents.

Part-time (20 hours per week)
