You already have experience in gastronomy or hospitality, know how to lead a team, and are ready for your next step? We are looking for a Munich Cafés & Community Manager (m/f/d) to take responsibility for our two THE BARN cafés in the heart of Munich. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead and develop both teams while being an active part of the daily café operation, working front of house and behind the bar. You will create strong structures, take ownership of costs and profitability, and make sure both cafés run smoothly every day. Beyond the daily operation, you will help grow our presence in Munich by building connections with our guests and the local community, creating memorable experiences, and bringing THE BARN to life across both locations.

YOUR TASKS

Hands-on Leadership: You lead by example in hospitality, work alongside your team at the bar, and actively contribute to day-to-day operations. Community & Marketing: You build strong connections with our guests and the local community and develop ideas that drive revenue and elevate the guest experience. People First: You recruit, train, develop, and retain a strong, motivated team. Business Impact: You monitor daily revenue, costs, and key KPIs and work closely with our Operations Director to drive the café’s performance. Projects & Events: You take an active role in projects and events and support the café’s ordering and stock processes.

CONDITIONS

Contract: Full-time with 25 days of paid vacation Primarily weekdays, but also sometimes on weekends and holidays (No night shifts though!) Base salary with additional performance-based pay Fixed-term contract: 1 year with the option to extend by mutual agreement
